Beringen station is located in an amazing rural landscape that stands in big contrast with the city centre. Due to its eccentric location, there is a lack of soft connection with its surroundings despite the realization of the future bicycle highway F75. Initially, there was a need to not only make the infrastructure safer in relation to traffic, but also to connect more with the environment. The framework is based on new and historical paths. This intervention was not the only solution in this landscape. Other interventions in the form of three different buildings should enter into a strong dialogue with the environment and infrastructure in order to further optimize the station. These buildings provide solutions for social control and greenery. At the same time, it creates an incentive to meet. This project aims to restore and correct the current landscape, but at the same time also takes into account the future by preparing the stationenvironment for further changes.
